How long will my order take?

Please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery to Metropolitan areas* and 5 -10 days for all other areas.
* Metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane only.

Please allow 1-2 days for Express Shipping.

Please allow 5-10 days for international shipping.

You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock.

What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?

If all the items you ordered are in stock at the time of purchase, and you have placed your order before 1pm, you can expect your order to be dispatched the same day.

If your order was placed after 1pm, and all items are available, your order will be dispatched next business day.

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. For Sydney addresses who have nominated Express as their delivery service, your parcel may be delivered on a Saturday.

If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.

If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.

Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

Can I continue to use the products I have at home?

We understand that sometimes clients have outlayed $$$ on products and they wish to use them before changing to products we may recommend. We ask that you bring the products you are currently using in with you to your initial consultation or send us an email with the list prior to your online consultation. We will go through them and where possible; dependant on the ingredients and formulation of the products, you may be able to continue to use them until they are finished at which point you can begin on what we have recommended. Please note if we believe a product you are using is compromising your skin health we will advise you to stop.

What does the online consultation consist of?

The online consultation is a great way to get a prescribed skincare regime designed for you. The consultation is available through Skype or Facetime where we ask a series of questions and request photos if required to best assess your concerns and needs. Please note that the consultation fee is redeemable on products.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is parking available. Please enter the driveway and contact reception on 02 8377 0600 for entry into the boomgate.

How long after Botox can I have a treatment?

We advise that it is best to wait 2 weeks after any injectables being administered before you come in for a treatment. You are able to book in for a consultation in that time.

Can I use retinol if I am planning on having a baby?

Please note Retinol is not to be used prior pregnancy if trying to conceive, during the entire pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

How are samples selected?

Samples are selected at random but where possible are chosen based on the products you have purchased. If you are after a sample in particular of any products we sell, let us know and we will be happy to do so if the samples are in stock.

How often do I have to come in for a treatment?

This varies from client to client. After your initial consultation, we will devise a plan best suited to your needs and goals. Please note that you may be required to come in more frequently in the beginning as part of your treatment plan.

After your treatment plan, we recommend having a professional treatment every 4-6 weeks to maintain the outcome. For clients that do not have any concerns they wish to address, we recommend they come in at the beginning of every season to regulate the skin for the change in climate and adjust their skincare regime accordingly.
